Hello! I'm 44 - working to lose 30 lbs. I attend three bikram yoga classes a week and try to eat well, but it's been slow. So I joined today to step things up. Best, Janell

Hi Janell, keep it up. Bikram is wonderful if you have the time, My local studios times just dont work with work and school, but it does do the job. I am significantly overweight with a 50 lbs goal for the current year. It is slow going and sometime agonizing when the weight magically comes back even with a calorie deficit. Bickram is hard to estimate calories for as well as most of the calories are your body trying to cool itself. But keep it up!

Hello! I love yoga too! What is Bekraim? I find that yoga helps me feel empowered and more motivated to get to and keep a healthier weight. I also love how we can adjust yoga to our fitness level.
