Hi there. I am new here (well new again since I fell off the wagon the last time).
This time I am determined to keep going. I was 361lbs ... dropped 15 lbs by doing the "Master Cleanse Lemonade Diet" and now at 346lbs. That was basically a liquid diet but now that I am off that, I need to count calories so that I keep dropping. My goal is to get to 184lbs ... a long way to go but will be celebrating small wins.
What has folks found as the best exercise for them? I am starting with walking and swim whenever I get the opportunity;
All the best!

Hello! I've got similar goals, I started here at 365 and I'm at 330lbs now. I do a body weight workout 3-4 times a week at home (no equipment needed) and try and fit it several bike rides during the week. I've also been working on being more active in general.

Nice work on losing the first 35lbs, congrats! I know how hard it is to be consistent ... keep going. I will do the same!

Great! My main advice is to do things in a sustainable way, these are long term changes we're making.

I really like Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds. She has 18min, 30min, and 50min videos. Perfect to work up your endurance and not hard on the joints.
