Hi. I'm new to this. I need to drop about 30 lbs for my health. I don't have will power or motivation which doesn't help. I am extremely active. I don't lose weight due to constant medication changes is what I am told. Yet the doctors want me to lose the weight. I think that's why I'm so down on myself because I bust my butt without success. I have rheumatoiid arthritis, crohns, restless leg syndrome, and vitamin deficiencies because I just don't absorb vitamins right. Yeah. I'm a piece of work.
I will lose the weight though. I lost 40 lbs last year. It stayed off. Now I need to finish up. Sorry if this is scatter brained. My mind is all wishy washy lately thanks to damage from a vitamin deficiency. Grr. Lol. It's life. Hope all is going good with yoi all.

You have done very well so far it sounds like. You must be on the right track. You obviously have ,more to deal with than most of us, so my only motivation to you is "good work so far, just stick with it."
There is a very good Dietician within this site. If you go to forum you can find her. She may be some help to you with all your health issues. Can't hurt to ask.
