Hi there! I'm new to MyNetDiary and to the community here. I found it on the iPhone app store and always thought about buying it but went for a freebie instead. Yesterday something told me to go for it and so I did, and I have to tell ya, I love the app! It's way more informative than the others.
I decided to join a group or two and wanted to say hello to everyone. I have two goals. My first goal is to lose 70 pounds, but the truth is that I really have about 120 pounds to lose before I feel like I'd be at good weight. I wanted to say hello, and since I don't know a lot about how the community works yet, feel free to friend me and what not. I'd love to interact with you all.
Thanks and best of luck to everyone!

Hi I've been here since January. I've lost almost 60lbs and I've got another 85-100 to go.
This app is so great, I don't ave to look everything up all the time, its so easy.
Good luck on your journey, and if you ever want to talk I love talking!

i start my ap over each time I meet with my dietitian but I have lost 34lbs over the last few months. I changed my goal to the 50 total mark but I actually have 100 pound to lose from this point which means my entire goal was 134lbs....I do not have a time frame just when I get there I will be happy to be there and I will celebrate that day!

Hi everyone. I've been a member of MyNetDiary for a long time now but started my app over in May. Only the last few weeks have I really concentrated on training and loosing weight. I had 112 lbs to loose and have lost 12 of that so I have another 100 lbs to go till I will be at a weight that will be healthy. We'll see if I can do it! So far so good. Motivation and my emotional/bordom eating is my problem. When my motivation lags, I become lethargic, which leads to "Ho Humdrum" which leads to "hey lets see whats in the fridge" and eat eat eat. Trying hard to get that sort of thing under control. Cant wait to meet other people of the same mind who understand where I'm coming from.

Hi Linda! I empathize. I don't keep much snack food in the house. I'm also a top notch baker so I don't keep sugar and flour in the house.
I'd say if you're getting bored and going to the fridge find other things to do. Find a new hobby or things to occupy your time so you have less time to snack.
