New here (tips on food entry for customized meal) Topic


Hello, I am looking for an answer to properly inputting caloric/nutritional information. As an example for a recipe I like to use for Avocado Chili (from the Fast Metabolism Diet, which I do not follow) there is no caloric/nutritional information because she does not base the plan on caloric intake.

I want to be able to calculate my calories as accurately as possible but when I entered everything as a custom meal it gave numbers to the entire entree I made (not just a serving such as 1/2 cup or 1 cup.)

Thanks for any tips on properly inputting calories and nutrition accurately.
