I've started keeping track of what I really wanted to eat, but didn't. Just writing it down and how many calories I've saved is a huge incentive. Today I didn't eat 875 calories! I only have 1224 a day, so that's huge for me. I just put it in the notes section.


The diet equivalent of trophies of your conquered enemies? Today I declined a slice of fruitcake while my husband wolfed his and the scent of allspice and raisins wafted across the kitchen. I rule!
