Hello! I'm new to the group. I would like to lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy - the baby excuse is getting stale - he's 15 haha - actually he is 2 years old and nothing but pure joy! Just getting back into marathon running and need to lose this weight!! Looking forward to having some fun with you all along the weight (pardon the pun!!). Sadie

Hi Sadie! I'm with you - my "baby" is 4! I think MyNetDiary is the best tool out there - it has helped me stay on track. Makes a huge difference! Good luck!

Hi, I've been using the iPhone and Android app and recently started using the site because it's easier to enter foods. I started on 2/29 at 304 with a goal of 180 for Oct'13 and am currently at 236. I took an emotional hit and spiraled for about a month, but I'm back with the nutrition and exercise so if I can help anyone, feel free to ask. Mike.

Mike, way to go! I have been using the app since the end of September when I weighed in at 220. Have lost 25 pounds so far on my way to 180. Best of luck to you.

I would like to get back down to 125 lbs. I have trying for several years. More to the point I would to tone up my muscles as well. Maybe having a support team will help. It is hard to some things on your own.

Hi! Just joined.... My goal is to lose 32 pounds by the end of 2013. I need to work at watching what I eat and not snack on things randomly especially at night. I've never joined a 'team/blog' before, don't know if this will help or not, but it's a new year and I'm trying new things. Hi Everyone!

New here as well. I am trying to lose 40 lbs by June. Just starting this journey at 41 seems daunting, but I am tired of feeling like crap all the time and want to start feeling good. Good luck to everyone!!!!

I'm a new member. Would like to lose 30 pounds by end of June 2013... That is the date of my daughter's wedding. I've increasingly gained weight since the birth of my 5th child (16 years ago). Before that i was always very thin, hypoglycemic. Now i am pre-diabetic, trying very hard not to become diabetic. I mainly have to reduce the bad carbs/sugars and excess calories. I have hope that this program will help. I also walk 1 hour a day to and from work - but some days i take the car... so i will need to do the treadmill when i drive. Besides introducing ourselves- how else does this "team" work?

I have a very similar story.... Want to lose 25 by May for my son's wedding. I walk a lot because back problems prevent me from kicking it at the gym like i used to a few years ago. Good luck to you! I think it is a strong motivator to have a milestone event in the future..or at least I hope so...
