Hello everyone! I am new here and just got the NetDiary on my blackberry. I can no longer use the "baby fat" excuse as my youngest is almost 9 years old.

I have problems getting exercise in... I would like to do it in the morning but getting kids to school and my husband doesn't leave for an hour after that makes it tough for me. By the time everyone is gone, I want to just start on my day (laundry, dishes, etc). Evening exercise keeps me up all night. And getting up earlier isn't an option due to our schedules.

Anyone have ideas on how to get the exercise in before I'm too far into the day?

Hello Phizz1, I'm new here too. From my past experience, I know exercise will make a huge difference, not only in weight-loss, but overall outlook on life. It sounds like you have your hands full with your family. However, they'll get the best you if you take time for yourself. Maybe enlist your husband in the effort and the two of you go on a 30min walk in the morning before he leaves. Or get another friend to join you right after he leaves for work. You'll find so much more energy for your day if you carve out that time for you. You deserve it!
