I am looking to drop around 30lbs (again), and this time hope to keep it gone.

I have used the app and website on and for for the last couple of years, and always manage to drop the weight ok, just never manage to maintain.

This time around I have decided to use the community section of the site to try to get the help and support I need to keep focused and achieve my goal of maintaining a healthy weight


Hello All, so thrilled to find this group!

As of this morning, I actually have 29 lbs. to go towards my goal, but I feel pretty confident I'll get to the "28" in a few days. I've still been dropping weight fairly consistently at the 1.5 - 2 lbs. a week since I recommitted. Working with a new Endocrinologist, Rheumatologist and PCP (in addition to all the other "ologists" :) ). I feel like I may actually hit goal this time.

May we all find peace, health, happiness and success - no matter what that personal goal is.

Welcome! How is everyone doing? I've got 18 lbs to lose and it's coming off sooooo slowly now. I started walking every day and am pretty consistently doing 11000-12000 steps. Lowest this past week was 8000 when it was over 90 degrees out.


Hi. I have 40 lbs to lose. All the Covid cooking and baking for my family has really impacted ted my eating


I plan to track, walk run 4 miles per day and drink lots of water for the next two weeks


Hi all, It's a brand new month and I'm looking to lose 28lbs. Feel like my eating is out of control during lockdown and need to reset. I think joining a group may make me more accountable!
