New member needs exercise plan Topic


Hello, this is a great tool and it is very interesting to find out my daily calories with my pretty rubbish diet. I am aiming to clean up my eating habits and start some for of regular exercise. At the moment I just walk everywhere and live on the 3rd floor so plenty of stairs. Does anyone have any tips for me to get motivated? Thanks and hello from sunny Palma de Mallorca


What about walking a extra bustop away from
Work or home? ( get out one or two stops before your stop)
I also have tried home based weights workouts ( google it) as it would nice retain muscle tone while losing weight :)
