hello everyone! my name is kimber and i just joined this team. i am 32 years old and currently weigh 227 lbs but my first goal is to get to 200 lbs. i am pretty sure i want to weigh 170 lbs. at the end but maybe a little less depending on how i look and feel.

Hi everyone, I too am new. Well I've been using MND for ages but this is the first time that I have logged on my pc and joined in on the forum. I have approximately 10lb left to lose after losing nearly two stone. The last bit is usually the hardest so I am hoping for some extra support. By the way, I'm 38 years old.

I am new to this site and app on my phone. Have about 15 lbs I would like to lose. Congrats on the weight loss you already have accomplished! I live in Canada - not sure what a stone is equal to? How many lbs is that?
I am 33 and a professional level horse back rider and trainer. I also serve at restaurants part time and bar tend part time. I have two horses of my own and they are very expensive so I need to work lots!
I see you are looking for some support - well you can count on me! I need some too. Although I am finding that just having to post what I eat and everyone can see it seems to be good motivation to stay on the straight and narrow! I am hoping, anyway! :)

Hi everyone. This is my first time logging in on this site. I have been trying to lose weight for a few months now. I started out at 212 lbs. and am down to 190.6 lbs. My goal is to get to 150 for now. I just turned 32 last week and I'm a stay at home mother of 3. Ive been exercising off and on but need to be more consistent. Hoping this will help me stay on track.
