i just found & downloaded this app 4 days ago and have been tracking every single thing I eat so far. This is the first time I've really tracked my food thanks to this. It gives me motivation to keep eating healthy & working out. I'm interested to know what everyone's favorite workouts are! I'm also considering upgrading to the pro version. If anyone has used the free and paid version, can you tell me if it's worth the money or not? Thanks!!!


I have used both versions, and prefer the paid version for a couple of reasons: the autopilot feature, which adjusts daily calorie needs with changes to my weight when I update it weekly, and the feature that allows me to track the time I eat meals and snacks. I eat 5-6 small meals as opposed to 3 large meals daily so the time tracking helps when I view reports - it sorts it by "before lunch" etc.
