Hi,
I've been in this site for two years.
Lost 40+ lbs year 1, mostly maintained in year 2, but ended up 10lbs up at the end.
Now I'm 50 I'm looking to get rid of remaining lbs in year 3 to actually reach healthy BMI for times in YEARS!
Who's with me?

I'm with you AMR! I've been a MND subscriber for a couple of years, but never really committed to it until this past Thanksgiving. I'm down almost eight pounds in 46 days, and MND was an invaluable tool around Christmas time. I have about 32 pounds to go and I'm determined to succeed this year!
Happy losing!!

I'm new to this website, but --alas-- certainly not to being over 50.
I started gaining weight when my job moved to an industrial area I can't walk to, and became much more demanding and stressful. I now have something like 35 pounds to lose to escape the "overweight" segment on BMI, and another 10 to 15 after that to get back to a comfortable shape and size.
I have lost 6 pounds since New Year's Day, most of which was probably holiday bloat, and am not experiencing the "diet stress" I was expecting. It's early days yet, of course; the proof of the program will come a few weeks down the road, the first time I hit a plateau.

Been counting carbs to lose weight and get my diabetes under control. So far 10 days so good. Using this program is literally a life-saver!
