Hello, I am 47 and have found I feel and look my best when I exercise and stay away from too much sugar in my diet. I am looking forward to being in a group of people who feel the same way. I have been successful the last two weeks with keeping close to 120 carbs a day and using the slim fast high protein drinks to help me along. I have been trying to do 30 grams a meal which adds up to 90 total and then 15 to 20 grams for my snacks. My dietitian friend recommended this to me. I find this simple and easy to calculate and not too hard to accomplish MOST days!


I also love the analysis that MND has to look at, at the end of the day! I think that might be my favorite part of the app when I found that.
