Hi my name is James and I live in upstate NY. I have dealt with a weight problem for most of my life. I hope to loose about 80lbs in the next year and hopefully gain some new friends by joining this sight. I look forward to corresponding with all of you over the coming months.

Hi James! I live outside of Rochester. What part of "upstate" do you live in?? I'm looking to lose at least 100 lbs here perhaps a bit more. I'm really excited to find this site and hope to help each other on this journey to a better way of living.
