Hi, to everyone,
I have been a member of MND for years, when I get to a point where I feel I am in control I go off on my own and very soon in creeps the chocolates and the butter.....
I am working to re-gain fitness and loose weight that I gained over the past two years due to a back injury (two years ago), then re-starting work- and within a month of re-starting work I developed bursitis of the hip and hurting my ankle. With treatment I am now on the mend and am finding that I can ride my bike, swim and now I can start to walk again. I have 6-7 kgs to loose. I have found that exercising has a different affect on my body now to what it did when I was younger, I simply become tired very quickly. I'm off to the Dr to get the bloods etc done but mean time, I am taking it steady and slowly so that my goals are realistic for me and achievable. Talk again soon Frangipanni
