Hi all, today is my first day on a calorie controlled diet! My aim is to loose weight and tone up, I have holidays in September so ideally I'd love to be a size uk 10 (currently uk 14) i have started Pilates on my iPhone as I have little time to go to the gym or classes with working full time and a 2year old to look after. I do a lot of walking with the pram

Good luck! I've been doing this for 2 weeks and I've lost 5 kilos it's bloody awesome! Its a bit annoying at first cause you have to enter in most of your foods as custom foods and recipes but once you get all your regular favourites in then it only takes 2 seconds to enter it in next time
