New to the group Topic


I have been using the diary in spurts over the past few months and lost a modest 5 lbs. Looking to do better and hoping that checking in with a community will help. I'm trying for 25 lbs

I have about 22 to lose. I am very sporadic in recording "stuff" too, but also hoping to get more consistent. Good Luck and welcome. I just joined this site over the weekend....previously using another site and was looking for a fresh start.


Ugh, even though I post my food, I still sabotage myself constantly. I can't get over my cravings for sweets!


What kind of sweets? I found that I did need to "curb my enthusiasm" for sweets; however, if I allowed myself a low calorie sweet snack, I would just know that it was out there. I really like Atkins Caramel Nut Chew bar. It's a 130 calorie snickers. I also post snack ideas (not all sweets) to my blog on here, so feel free to check it out.
