I downloaded this app on my phone a couple years ago but never really used it. I got divorced in 2010 which was very difficult. I was married for almost 10 that ended in a lot of emotional abuse. I have two young kids (a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old) full-time. I adore my kids. They are my life. But I find it very difficult to stay motivated to exercise. I start for a week and then lose my motivation.


I was the same. I'd start and be good for a couple of days then get side tracked/too busy etc. Since 20 Jan I made a decision that this was it! I also have 2 children (22mth old son and a 19wk old daughter). You've just got to make a commitment to yourself and log EVERYTHING you eat! This app has made me accountable for what I put into my mouth. You need to be honest and don't cheat! My partner works away and is only home for 2 days every second weekend so I'm kept pretty busy with the kids. I don't get a break at all. They go to bed at 7pm and then it's 'my time'. I put on a workout DVD, like Jillian Michaels, and do that for 20min up to an hour depending on how I feel. As long as I do at least 20 mins a day I'm happy. You can do it! Good luck!
