New to this.. need accountability Topic


I am a 27yr old mother of 2 boys (8&5). I want to loose 27lbs by July 1st. I am doing a boot camp at the YMCA 3x/wk and Zumba every other Saturday. I am also trying to pick up running but it hurts my knee so I laid off for awhile, but I want to run a 5k sooner than later. I'm just looking for a supportive being to help me stay accountable in my food and work out entries :)


Hi! I am 24 years old. My goal is to loose weight around my mid section (where extra weight tends to go), and tone up. I just started this week and like you I need accountability, its easy to say just this once, etc. My plan so far has been doing 2,000 to 3,000 dance steps on the WII ever night which is supposed to be like running for 30 minutes or if its 3,000 swimming every night. I have a pinched nerve in my brace so I am limited to what I can do in the gym. I plan on going to the gym starting Friday night or Saturday morning.
