Does anyone have a novice to intermediate workout plan for anaerobic activities . I do aerobic 3 times a week and was wanting to increase my anaerobic performance


If you want to increase anaerobic performance, do more anaerobic activities. If your aerobic activity is jogging, every minute or two minutes or so do a sprint for 30 seconds or however long you can and then go back to jogging until you get back to your aerobic heart rate. If you want to be a little creative, you can go to classes which are dedicated towards anaerobic activity.


Hi Anna7991, for "anaerobic performance," do you mean the ability to perform high intensity bursts during your aerobic activities or do you mean improved strength with weight resistance exercise? Or both?
