Newbie :) Topic


Hi, This is my first attempt at a diet AND joining a blog. Having a lot of firsts! Planning on trying to lose at least 15lbs. I would value any tips or help you can offer.


I'm trying to lose 15lbs too. The first 5 were easy with lower calories with quality food, more exercise and green coffee bean extract supplement. (And being very honest and disciplined with entering everything into this app!) Hope this helps...Good luck!


Thanks Mkp! Yes, I am being dilligent about putting all my food into the app( if you bite it...write it) first 5lbs are easy . Now it's the hurdle of keeping on the right track and waiting for my body to follow suit and drop a bit more weight


Lets keep updated on our progress for these last 10. I've tried a few times over the years and can't seem to get rid of them! If you find a tip that works for you, please share and I'll do the same.


Ok! Well so far no luck with a drop
On the scale, but what I do notice is my clothes fit a bit better!! Have you heard of green coffee bean Capsules? I bought some and may try them soon.


Oops , I just noticed you have been taking the coffee bean supplement. How is it so far?


Actually works well. I have been unsuccessful losing these last 15lbs for years now. I've lost 5 so far with the green coffee bean supplement...and eating well/exercising of course! No side effects at all too, which has been great.


Hi, I was wondering how you are doing?


I fell off the wagon, so to speak, last week! I suffer from bottomless-pit syndrome when it's that time of the month. :) Luckily, I only gained a pound and I have to attribute it to those Green Coffee Bean supplements. I'm back on track this week. How is it going for you?


i have bottomless-pit syndrome at the same time as well Mkp. It is really difficult to control yourself but only one pound up is very commendable.
