Good morning
Hi im Rose and im 47. I started using the free part of my net diary on the 11.02.2018 and today i decided to join monthly to see how i progress. Up to know I am really happy with my net diary and how easy it is not only to log / scan and imput food but the amount of infomation there is on here.
I started my journey at 12st 3lb on the 01.01.2018 (using my fitness pal but found a lot of imput were incorrect or more then one entery) my aim is 9st 10lb and at 5ft 2inch this will bring my BMI into healthy range :). up to date I am now 12lb less as of last Monday. My plan is to lost the weight over 365day - doing it in 12 weeks (84 ays ) sections - i end my first section on the 26.03.2018. section 2 will be 12 weeks doing exercise and diet at same time.
looking forward to reading your post and to contiune to losing the lbs :)

Hi Rose, congrats on your weight loss so far! I am new to the 40 Something’s group also, although I have been tracking with MND for 4 years. I have lost my weight (60lbs) and am maintaining. Love My Net Diary!
Some days are easier than others! This is not an easy day...kids on Spring Break, I’ve got a cold, indulged too much carbs this weekend, I know where the stash of chocolate is, in the middle of a good book....BUT I did manage to get my workout clothes on. One of the biggest things that helped me lose AND maintain is that each day matters. So even though I don’t want to, today matters, so I am headed out for a run. Bonus is that I will have more in my calorie budget for the day! Ok, THAT thought is helping me feel more motivated!
