Newbie. Slow weight loss. Topic


Hello All - I'm new here. I have about 15 pounds to lose. I'd like to lose the weight slowly because I have a history of yo-yo dieting and the weight always creeps back. I hope to really change my eating patterns. That said, I've only been using the diary for about a week, but am finding it hard to stay within my calorie allowance even with exercising. Any suggestions on how to stay motivated during slow weight loss? And not get discouraged when the scale isn't budging? Thank you - and wishes of success to you!
