Pack it to go to work and cook in microwave. Toast 2 pieces toast w 1 pat butter. Yea 600+ calories. Then yest for 1st time i had chipolte for lunch. Needless to say by time i got home for dinner it was talapia and broc baked for dinner and i still went over. Im 53 and right now i want to lose about 40. Then i will set a new goal. I was never heavy as a kid but as the years hv gone i added and added. Then yoyo dieting and age wretched by metabolizm. I have a desk job. So i need some serious help. And now i know all that healthy stuff i thought i was eating will hv to be looked at again

I had being doing great- worked with a personal trainer x 2 years, was in great shape, lost weight.
Then- tragedy struck. One squat with weights- stress fractures in back, herniated disk, sciatica, and damaged hip!
Have since regained all weight lost and gotten floppy and flabby.
Hoping this program will work for me.

As far as manage calories to stretch out through out the day, I think of it like money, if I only have 1500 dollars for a month than I budget that amount to last the whole month and I LAN it in advance. I do the same with my 1500 calories, I don't eat first, I enter the food first, if it's more than what the budget allow something has to go. That's why I enter the food FIRST and than I eat other wise I run out of calories too soon. It takes time to figure it all out, that's what works for me, I hope I helped.
