Not eating enough Topic

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has this problem? I struggle to get enough calories in everyday. When I get stressed or upset, I lose my appetite. It's not uncommon for me to eat around 900 cal/day. Those are the days when I haven't recorded anything. Any tips on making sure you eat? I've even set alarms on my phone for meals and snacks. I'm doing better and am losing the weight but had problems again this past week -- work was really bad...THanks.

I haven't found myself at the 900 cal/day, but I do find myself eating quite a bit of food at night to bring my total up. Of course I am a night snack eating person, so I could be mentally making that adjustment without knowing it.
But truth be told I never have trouble finding calories. They find me.

Yes, I have found myself doing the same thing. Especially, if it was a hectic day at work. I was like you I set an alarm to go off at mid morning and mid afternoon to add in a snack. Also, I know it can be hard but taking a half-hour at least at lunch to decompress and eat is still the best for your overall health. I have sat in stairwells and storage rooms before. I believe you will be able to handle the rest of the day better and keep up your calorie count too.

Yes, I need to remember to take a lunch break. I left for lunch today and have done much better. I'm going to set alarms again to remind me to eat.
