You’re probably gaining muscle and when it’s not a heavy caloric deficit you won’t lose more than a 1lb a week.

It may because you can’t out run a bad diet if your eating a bunch of junk but still meeting excersise targets. It also could be you putting on muscle. Also don’t bring yourself down progress it progress. Keep it up
