Didn't sleep well last night. Been tired today. Got breakfast late 🙄 and lunch will have to be at 3pm instead of 1pm. BUT...I am still going strong. Going to do my stretching exercises in about 10 minutes.

Only doing sitting and standing by table stretching 15 minutes a day until I build my legs and arms strength again. Then I will get tons more steps and other exercises added into my activity!

So fat far doing good on food. Really need to be more aware of sodium...it adds up really fast. Luv this app to track it all and its really working for me.


Sodium really adds up fast and is an area of concern for me.
