Hi Folks! How is your day going? I'm starting a new thread to make it shorter and easier to load for the app users!

Okay, so my latest issue is eating too much sodium again. I am a real salt lover. But it doesn't love me- I retain water, can't remove or put on my ring easily, and generally, my head starts to feel like a water balloon.

Time to get back on track and start buying the healthier, lower sodium bread and cheese and go easy on the high sodium meals.

What is your sticking point right now?

Stress and eating causes more stress . If I am looking for eating to reduce stress it is not!!! Sad part is I know it and still have been doing it
Almost back to goal.Need to get there as the holidays are coming fast and furious.


Fran, how are your interviews going or is that the source of stress? You can DO this - getting back to goal before the holidays. Excellent plan.
