The leaves are falling where I live. This makes for great outdoor activities -not too hot. How are folks doing with regular exercise/activity these days?

I keep my 30 mins of treadmill with varying speeds and inclines for cardio; then 1 hour or so of light dumbells; with floor work at the end, mostly planks, supermans, windshield wipers and leg lifts, lasting about 30min; all at home and on my patio so i don't have any "couldn't make it to the gym" moments-ha! i also try and add something new every couple of weeks; someone at office just gave me a hoola hoop they made; will try that out tonight--ha! keeps it fun so maybe i'll stay with it longer--thanks for your continued leadership and encouragement to all of us on this journey-- MtnDog

Wonderful, MtnDog! And I love the addition of the hoola hoop. One person told me years ago that she lost a lot of weight and her only exercise was hoola hoop (in addition eating less, tracking calories).
