Once a runner? Topic


I used to be a natural runner. Knew I would go out for cross country in junior high and used to wake up at 6 am in college (??) to go running.

I've gotten way out of shape and this extra weight is a bear to carry with me while running. I'm on week two of couch to 5k and hoping to get back to running for enjoyment.

My hobbies as a teen were reading, sewing and running (I loved computers but I didn't list it as a hobby back then). Now they are reading, sewing, computers and maaaybe running?? That's what I lost over the years and I want it back!!
