Hi, I'm looking for at least a partner, if not a team of people to help me stay motivated. For some reason my husband is very motivated and does great maintaining his 30 pound weight loss - I have a much harder time. Thought making some online "friends" with a similar goal might help. Not finding too many people active on this community site though...

Well may be you can count on me :) My strategy is to stay somewhere btw: 1400 and 1200 kcal. With some "party days" -> means I do not count, do not log... BUT next day I am back again.

Yeah! - someone is out there. You have a pretty aggressive goal - I think I would feel hungry all day at that level...mine is about 1800 (to lose maybe a pound a week) - I guess I'm okay with slower weight loss. Also, I love the idea of the "cheat" day - gives you something to look forward to. I haven't looked at the reports enough to see you can see something like your "weekly average" - maybe go lower on a few days to make up for the cheat day. I have to have a couple of beers on the weekend!
