After my first 31 days in 2014, I dropped from 224 pounds to 205 pounds. But, now starts the hard work. I can always take off the first 20. But, I lose focus... the taboo foods start calling my name (awake or asleep) and I can only stay out of restaurants for so long. I joined this group to have other people to help me come up with ideas to eat better, stay in the gym and eat out without damaging my progress! I need more recipes that I can easily make and take to work, too.

Hi Jynx, welcome to our team! Have you checked out our Pinterest page at MyNetDiary? Lots of good recipe ideas there. And I agree with you - food has to taste good to stay on a healthy program for life.

Thank you for the leads. I will be searching the pages for things that fit my needs. Gotta keep discovering ways to keep saturated fats out of my regimen, make my limited sources of protein taste good and not get bored (spelled w-e-a-k)!
