Goal #1- April 15th, down 10 lbs. I was 163 on March 11, and I think I can do this! 158 today, on March 27. |

Um, none? I like small portions, lots of veggies, and lots of protein. And a daily treat! |

Resisting restaurant portions. I need to be braver about saying no to things when I'm not hungry or I know it's over my limit for the day. |

This fall, I got depressed because I wasn't busy, then too busy! So now I'm finding balance, cooking lots more at home with meal plans from Happy Herbivore, and dealing with my emotional issues in ways other than food. |
