PS-I didn’t have salad, but instead had the left over angry chicken from a few days ago, but I am still under calories (barely).

Thank you!!! As soon as I get out of bed, I’m going to walk assuming the hurricane type wind has stopped. If it hasn’t, I will ride the elliptical. Don’t feel bad about the calories! When i exercise, it gives me just enough calories to make it much more likely I will stay under calories. Keep up the good work!! Increasing your exercise by 25% like you did last night is huge!!! Let’s keep moving! We will have a good day! We are kicking butt!
PS Thanks for keeping me accountable! I REALLY did not want to exercise yesterday.

How’s it going today?? It is rainy and gross here. The elliptical has been a better work out than I thought. I can definitely feel it in my legs! Let’s have another great day! We CAN do it!! Don’t forget to exercise!


Its cold here. 75 yesterday and high of 45 today. Not have the best eating day but i will stay under my calories. I will ride my bike at some poiint today.
