protein for breakfast Topic

I'm new and I am going to post my first goal. I am going to include a source of protein for breakfast each morning. I really hope this cuts down on my night time snacking. Problem is, I leave for work early and don't feel like eating meat or making an egg. I and going to have a protein shake. I will mix rice protein powder with chocolate almond milk. Anyone have other easy protein breakfast tips?

plain non-sweet low fat yogurts, greek cheese, cottage cheese (all fat free or just below 2%.
Shake may have sugar in it. It may be good as a prot supplier if you do gym and your goal is to get muscle weight. But to my mind fat free dairy may be a good fast solutions.
Fish or chicken breast during the day, both boiled or steamed.
the rest is vegies for fiber.

I like yogurt with a handful of berries or I put some peanut butter on my toast. Or you could make some hard boiled eggs the night before, put them in the fridge, and then you don't have to worry about making them in the morning.
