Question re custom recipe/food entries by other users Topic

Hi - i'm new to the site.

I make a lot of recipes from a popular low carb site "Linda's Low Carb" menu. I assume at least a few people here have entered some of these with nutrients for their diaries but these never come up when I search. Is it because they are all private in some way? Is there a setting I can change to see them?

Hi Jenny5309, if folks do not allow others to view their customized food items and recipes, then you won't be able to find them. Also, even if the person allows sharing, it can sometimes it can be tricky to find them if the person has named them with abbreviations (e.g. LLC for Linda's Low Carb).
