See "KAI Quick Mushroom Chicken Bake" in my page to copy recipe and see nutrition info. About 265 kcal per serving (and high in protein).
Tip: Great with roasted potatoes or brown rice.
Tip: You can skip sauting the chicken to save prep time - but extend baking time to fully cook the chicken.

Hi HollyP, if you found the recipe on my page and clicked to copy it, then it is now available for your use in your own log. You can search "KAI Quick Mushroom Chicken Bake" to add as a food item to your meal, and you will see that it comes up. I think they add "copied from xyz person" so you know where the recipe originally came from.
You can also modify that recipe and the changes are good for your account (it won't change my recipe in my account).
Best,
kathy
