Rapier? Topic

Is there any known good way to log rapier (fencing) practice? Once a week I do this from 6:30-9:30 (roughly 2.5 hrs of actual full on combat). I don't know what actual real fencing is like, but this is a lot of squat, dance, lunge and block. Toss in a good dose of extended arms and weighted weapons.

I'm in white. I don't have a lot of access to pockets for phones and I don't currently have a usable smart watch.

Hello Soulkeeper- The American College of Sports Medicine and Center for Disease Control define fencing as moderate physical activity 3.0-6.0 METS which equals 3.5-7 kcals burned per minute of activity. Fencing is listed as an option under the search tool for exercise in MND web program: https://www.mynetdiary.com/exercise.do
I think the challenge is to make sure and only count the minutes you are moving vs. standing still. Hope this helps! Joanna (Dietician)
