If you used the same log in information you have for your smart phone app it should sync with your computer.

Can someone explain what numbers in percents mean in foods nutrients list?. For ex. If you enter a 100 grams of food with say Selenium 6.8 mcg it is displayed as 10% of DV in food label, but in the table it is only 2%, where are the missing 8 %?????

Hi there - looks like I answered your question on another thread. But for those who didn't see it, I am copying the answer here too:
%DV vs. %RDA. MyNetDiary was designed so that members can enter nutrient values as they see them on the food label. If the label lists 20% DV (daily value) for Vitamin A, then enter 20 as your value in MyNetDiary since the default is %DV for data entry. MyNetDiary will do the calculation for you to arrive at the actual value. Food labels use set values for nutrients that are not exactly the RDA - they use the % Daily Value.
MyNetDiary uses the correct RDA for your age & sex group for nutrient goals. Once you enter a new food item with the data from the food label and then enter it in your food record, the system will then compare the actual nutrient value against your RDA. So for nutrients that are displayed as % in your food record or in your reports, you will see the nutrient value % compared to your RDA. That is different than %DV which is specifically used for food labels.

Hi all!
I'm a newbie. Could use accountability if anyone is interested in helping with that :) I also blogged on here. Should be a fun adventure! :)

I'm a new also, and lacking in the motivation department! Haha, I definitely could use an accountability buddy.

New Year New Focus 2013 Team - everyone or anyone can join this team! I think you couldn't find it because it was still labeled 2012. I just updated it now so you can find it in Teams area under "New Year New Focus 2013." See if this link works: http://www.mynetdiary.com/group.do?socialGroupId=1283414
And welcome to MyNetDiary! You can also post me questions on "Ask a Dietitian" thread.
