Well done! I have the app set for 3/4 pound a week, so slow and easy, and hit my first goal of 25 down last week, tracking since December. I feel so good, and wish us all life long success however we get there

I loved the WW meetings but got tired of them changing the program too many times.

AQLTR: wow! What an accomplishment! I find tracking less stressful in this app, strangely, than the WW app. I love that you can import recipes from the internet and it will log the information for you. You also get to have the recipe in your app for future reference.

Loved it, but always gained the weight back as well. Plus when I eat or drink something they didn’t really believe in. It would be like half my points for the day. Like a beer with seven points but I could have one for 200 calories on this app and fit my lifestyle better. But I agree good luck to everyone and you gotta do what works for you! Forever!!

I actually canceled my membership wi th weight watchers today. Years ago I was on their plan and lost 20 pounds. I had 40 points too use up per day. Then they changed it to freestyle, and I hated it. Gained everything back plus some. Would be nice if we had options to keep on the old plan or move to something else. It changes constantly

I just cancelled mine too. Have been a WW member almost since it started in Long Island with Jeanne Nidich (sp?) on and off. Loved the program but found myself not tracking. This is fun and informative with all of the nutritional information. I am really committed now.

I was a weight watchers member when I was 13, reaching gold member status. That was 45 years ago, when things were quite prescriptive about what you had to eat and I really didn't enjoy it. After I discovered running when I was 19, I never looked back, until I picked up some bad injuries in my early 50's, so I went back to WW and became a gold member for the second time. It was a better system and very successful for me. Here I am again at 58, having had Plantar Fasciitis for a year and I need to lose 16lbs. I can do this by myself using this app .... which is just great. The only piece of advice - Be honest with yourself and you will suceed!

I lost alot of weight many years ago and have gained 10. But I gained 10kg because I have been for a year doing the whole one minute Im doing ww, and lets allow take away for the last time, to the next day doing cals. Swapping each day wasnt good for my mental health either. I always believed you ' do it without ww but now I know that they have very clever ways on getting us back. Yes you eat healthy on ww but so many free foods which have calories so Im not sure if it really makes sense to me.
