About me

Current goal: Lose 15-20 lbs by Late November. To put on muscle after the weight is lost so I’m not squishy.
turns out I don’t know how to diet. I feel confused about what I can & cannot eat on a low carb, high protein diet.
Favorite diets: I don’t have a favorite diet.
Favorite activities: weight lifting, strength training but am not actively involved. I also enjoy cardio on the treadmill or while working on our little farm.
Need help with: Figuring out which weight loss diet/plan is best for me. Understanding where to get all of the protein I’m supposed to eat!
I don’t like to eat a lot of meat so I’m finding other high protein, low fat options challenging.
