Walking, weightlifting, swimming, and low impact aerobics |
Need help with: |
Appetite suppression, finding low calorie replacements, and finding aerobic activities that do not aggrevate knee injuries. 2 ACL replacements make me shy about high impact activities. Swimming has been a Godsend! |

Was very serious about this in 2015 and then fell away... and am back with a renewed resolve. Hope to go from 325-lbs to 260-lbs... then reassess and eventually learn to maintain. |
