Running with heart rate monitor Topic

Hi, I'm trying to train with a heart rate monitor, I have the Polar T31 transmitter and FS1 watch, but I found that you can connect to an iphone, anyone know if it is possible to connect this T31 with some extra device? something like ANT + Wahoo Garmin ant + +?
