Current goal: My first goal is to develop exercising habits that I want to have when I'm at my body's ideal weight. I want to run (so I'm completing the Couch to 5K program), swim, and do yoga regularly, so I'm giving myself 2 months to get into the exercise habit.

Favorite activities: Swimming, yoga, cycling
Need help with: Patience. My left-side brain understands that losing weight takes time, but the right-side thinks I've been good, so it should happen NOW!!!
