Is anyone’s scanner not working at all?

We apologize for the problem.

Most scanners are working well. But we've discovered that we need to fix the scanners that work on the devices with small font/text sizes settings. Please increase the Text Size in the Settings App as described in the below support article:

My scanner isn't working on both my android Phone and tablet. When I contacted support was told to upload Diagnostic. Tried unsuccessfully to do this but keep getting message " try later" or that I have no internet. Checked internet connection and all good. Very frustrating
