Yes, folks, it is true. We are now in September.
In Colorado, we are still in tomato and peach season. Thank goodness.
Apple season is getting started in other parts of the country and pumpkins are not far behind. Life is good.
How are you all doing?
Best,

I am doing great. Doing a spot of redecorating and moving around at home. The kids have gotten to an age where they'd like separate rooms, so we've switched rooms.
My bedroom now has a huge new bed in it and my home music studio.
I am still working on the other rooms, but we need to go to IKEA next week and pick up some tall beds with a built-in desk for both the kids.
This Friday we're going to my sister Kristina's (she lives in Germany) wedding. Just getting all the clothes together, plus they've asked me to do wedding pictures so it's a pretty busy week ;)
Love pumpkins. Time to make some pumpkin goop for my freezer ;)

How was Germany, Sune? This weekend was fun - got together with lots of folks. Too many goodies. Peach cobbler season, after all. Good thing I run! :) Kathy

What are you all doing for exercise now that the weather is turning more chilly?

I think I am the only one still here. Seems like we lost the rest.
As for exercise, I am still riding my bike, and now I'm also doing inside cardio. The cross trainer is just the best piece of equipment for me :)

Excellent, Sune! Glad to hear you are still active. And thanks for checking in.
I am mostly walking right now until I can rescue my life back from work!!!! Geesh. Just have to get through early November and I'll be back to more interesting regular exercise. ALthough there is nothing wrong at all with walking - just not great for calories burning unless I have a lot of time.
