Is anybody out there????? Lets talk and help each other through this journey! I am a runner, swimmer and professional level horseback rider! This is how I stay fit.
Having said that - I am a night time binge eater! And have no sense of portion control. I will blame my mother for always making me finish what was on my plate! *scapegoat time*... No, honestly, I have to take responsibility for it. I own it, I know it.
Anyone else want to share? I am hoping that MND will help me with being accountable for the things I eat. I really want to stick to my clean eating and portion sizing. I want control as when I binge I feel completely out of control.

HI Folks! I wouldn't say I am new to MND but I am new this time around. I started using the program again last night, really hoping to see some major results this time. The last time I didn't get involved with other dieters and seemed like I lost interest really fast. Hopefully this time will be different!!!

Hi NikaRhae! How's it going so far? This is my first time getting involved with mnd community, too. Hope it will help me to get to my goal range. Hoping to lose about 20 or so lbs. What's your goal? How's your journey been so far?
Anyone else, feel free to chime in! Lets get this team going.

Are there any active users out there, lets check in often and discuss, motivate, share stories with each other.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS AND WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND TO BE HELPFUL?
My long term goal is to lose 20 lbs (once and for all... I've taken way too long to do this. Time to get serious). Honestly, when I track everything I eat in MND I lose the weight. When I don't, then I maintain or gain. So, what I found most helpful is to track everything and to do it everyday... of course to stay within my caloric budget, too :).

That's fantastic NikaRhae! You must be thrilled! Do you watch the Biggest Loser? I caught the first night, Sunday, but missed yesterday. It looks like it will be a good season.
Things are going pretty well, down about 3 lbs. How were your last few days?

I do watch it! LOVE IT!! I was so excited to Jillian back. I watched both nights and was heart broken when Nathan went home :(
I haven't lost any the last couple days but I guess that happens! How are things on your end?

I so agree ... when I track everything, I do so much better. Good luck to you! I find that if I don't update at least twice a day, I also don't do as well. ...And so happy Jillian is back but the white team better win some weigh ins or we won't be seeing her until next time.

Like you, I wish the forum was better ... I've had success with MND and like the forum, but I've never really been a contributor. I hope to have a network like you and Happychick100 to read your successes and use them to keep me motivated also. My goal is about 13 lbs as a minimum. I've been on MND for about 2 years and am about 20 lbs down from where I started. I just need to keep logging! Good luck to you and Happychick100.
