I work a full-time job during the day, and I run my own company in the evenings and weekends. Being so busy, my main concern is finding time to stay on track. Eating healthy takes time to plan and prep. Time I may not always necessarily have. |

I'm setting out to lose half of current self, but approaching it sensibly with small steps. I started at 302 lbs. and am working on my first 52 for a target of 250. Off to a great start! |
