  • Slice the corn off the cobs so you have square/rectangular chunks of corn, not separated kernels.
  • Drain and rinse the black beans.
  • Slice or dice the jalapeno pepper (as you prefer).
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Tip:
You can use fresh corn if it's available - cut off the raw corn kernels (you don't need to boil the corn cob).
